He possesses significant experience leading both new-build and refurbishment schemes across the commercial, residential towers, and super-prime/heritage sectors. Highly driven and accountable, Piers excels at independently guiding projects from early feasibility through to successful completion. His core strengths include rigorous pre- and post-contract cost control, technical design management, and negotiating value-driven contracts to deliver fast-track programmes.
