The 785,000ft2 high-rise office building, constructed in 1990, has 11 stories above ground and 2 stories below ground. A 50 meters high atrium is at the centre of the building which houses a reception, internal landscaping and staff amenities including a canteen and restaurant area which is used by the building’s multiple tenants. The challenge was to replace and maintain existing plant, upgrade the ground floor amenities and external landscaping and complete a CAT A fit-out for key tenant all within an occupied building and extremely tight programme.

Working as an Executive Project Manager, Beadmans worked closely with the client and local Project Management team to define the project’s brief and strategy. The scope of works was broken down into 3 categorise; tenant fitout, atrium  enhancements and building maintenance and strategically phased in accordance with their priority status, scope and dependencies. The establishment of clear processes and procedures was critical in order to align team members working across different countries and ensure an understanding of how the project was to be delivered.
