We are able to provide an independent service to manage and administer both design and build and traditional construction contracts.

With insurance costs increasingly volatile and construction costs often varying beyond other inflationary indices, it is important that clients maintain the correct level of insurance cover on their buildings portfolios. From our cost database we are able to provide reliable Reinstatement Insurance Valuations based on realistic construction costs.

We can act for or undertake negotiations or any other direct responsibilities in transactions between any parties (e.g. owner or tenant). We also offer a single point solution where the client prefers to maintain a distance from the project delivery. We can arrange design competitions, employ other consultants and manage the team to provide a fast track and integrated project completion.

We offer a comprehensive fund monitoring package from initial due diligence through to project completion, providing assurances on the key components of a project and the performance of the Developer, Contractor and respective Consultants.

With close liaison with specialist building surveyors and solicitors we are able to offer our clients a comprehensive service that can provide peace of mind on settling contractual lease obligations.

Whilst the majority of our work is within the UK we are able to service our Clients throughout the world from our London office. Our international projects are often undertaken for existing clients who want to apply our trusted expertise to their development overseas. In recent times we have delivered projects across Europe, North Africa and the Caribbean.

Today, we are currently engaged on Projects in France, Germany, Portugal, Holland and Luxembourg and continue to strengthen our roles in these locations.
